Best experience ever!!!! First my side button was broken I had taken it to apple months priors at the old mill they said I had to buy a new phone it was not fixable. My screen recently broke so I went to the iPhone guys he told me he could fix my screen and the side button in like 30 minutes. He really did fix them both in 30 minutes. I will refer everyone I know to him he was nice, quick, efficient and good price.

Nick did a speedy and thorough job fixing my iPhone 8. He cleaned up an older repair done by some one else, replaced some parts as a courtesy and even replaced my screen several times due to flaws in the replacement screens until it was working properly.

Had a problem charging my iphone. Website lets you schedule a time for the repair and also likely cost, very easy. Took my phone in, problem turned out to be dust, and I even got my camera lenses cleaned for no charge. So cost less than I expected with an extra 'service' of my phone. I highly recommend the iPhone Guy, and if (when?) I need help will go right back.
As of today (April 14) you need to make sure you have an appointment given social distancing; I didn't for a broken screen repair but they were able to squeeze me in within an hour. Just a heads-up.
I truly have only good things to say! Nick met with me on Easter, with less than 24 hours notice. He was kind, really knowledgeable, and extremely timely. Because my phone was not repairable, he did not even charge for the consultation. I would highly recommend him to anyone, no matter the issue!
Needed an upgrade or a repair - after talking to Nick, I decided to upgrade. Made an appointment same day as they are limiting foot traffic into their office during this time, they just won't accept walk-ins. I was impressed with the methods they are taking to social distance with customers, and to wipe down phones and even my CC! I highly recommend the iPhone Guy, Nick and Lucas who helped me with the transaction. Always fair and reasonably priced!

The iPhone guy is fantastic! He has fixed several cracked phone screens for me and does an amazing job. To top it off he gets the job done in about 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend!
My Iphone was doing what is called "Ghost Touch" where the icons would randomly open and move different parts in the apps around. I called The Iphone Guy and talked to Nick. He gave me a price of $79 to replace the screen which is probably causing the issue. He said I can wait while they make the replacement as it takes about 20 minutes. When I went to their store with no appointment required I was greeted by Lucas who told me the same thing for price and time. I left my phone and walked around the downtown and came back in about 20 minutes. The phone was done on time and at the price they quoted. They also explained that their repair has a lifetime warranty on defects. I was very impressed with how they discussed with me on the phone and at the store. I wouldn't hesitate to take another phone to them. These guys get it and are great to work with.
My iPd screen was broken, and the battery life was disappearing. The screen was replaced, a new battery installed and there were several issues that occurred afterwards. The necessary work required a couple of further fixes, which were done cheerfully, apologetically and very very promptly. I was very impressed by their service, their service guarantee and their wonderful followthrough. Very high marks for a difficult repair process.

Hey I just got my iPhone battery taken care of. My iPhone 8 was draining battery juice so fast it was making me crazy and I walked past and saw this place and literally in 20 minutes I had a new battery installed for $49. Itās half the cost of the Apple store here in Bend and I didnāt have to wait for hours like I was quoted over that Apple the Mac store. A+ great job thanks so much

I went here to just find out what was wrong with my phone, and after he quickly found out the problem he gave me a very good price. Fixing a motherboard on a phone isnāt easy, but even then he was extremely professional and always kept me up to date on the progress. Whether itās a small fix or a big one, the IPhone Guy definitely knows what he is doing and will do it for a great price! Very satisfied with my service and will recommend this for anyone who needs their iPhone fixed.

I've bought 2 used iPhones from the IphoneGuy. Good prices, good customer service and both devices have worked great.
My iPhone battery was at 0% and wouldn't charge. Thought I was in for a new phone, then discovered the iPhone Guy. Online appointments (sweet!) with a $60 estimate for charging port repair, took it in and walked out in less than a minute with a working phone and no money spent, as it was just a clogged port. Felt stupid to not know that, but relieved and grateful for the education, honesty, and helpful friendly attitude. So glad to know the iPhone Guy is there, and will certainly return with all phone needs in the future.

My phone died on me, I got off work at 5 and was able to have a new phone by 5:30. The guy working was knowledgeable, guaranteed return if I had any trouble activating because Sprint sucks sometimes. Good experience. This is the second phone Iāve gotten there, itās always reasonably priced and I donāt have to worry if itās broken like if I were to buy it off Craigslist.

At Webfoot, we use the iPhone Guy for all of our device repairs. He services more than just Apple products - so far heās fixed 4 Microsoft Surface Proās for us - which were fairly complicated repairs including removal of the very delicate screens. The prices are good, heās quick, and has great communication. We defenitely recommend him, you wonāt be disappointed!

I had battery issues with my iPhone 6s and my sons iPhone 6s, the Battery kept causing the phones to Crash. The iPhone Guy was able to slot me in and 40 minutes later my issues were fixed.
